My child is 5 in sep and having 3 rd blood test for low lymphocite count , what could be causing it please 2.1 then 3.2 doctor said 6/9 it should be?

Lymphocyte: Low lymphocyte count can be from many different things - it can be seen in certain ethnic groups, it can be from recurrent infections, autoimmune disorders, inflammatory disorders or allergic diseases (food allergy, asthma). It may also just be a normal value for that particular child.

Low lymphocytes: A low lymphocyte count may be present in infections like tuberculosis or in autoimmune diseases like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis.
