In most labs, any number over 1.0 (1,000 per uL) is considered normal. Your value is well within the normal range. This isn't a health problem of any kind. Vaginal yeast infections or their treatments have no effect on lymphocytes or other blood counts.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your result is in the normal range. Wish you good health!
