During the summer time i become very lazy. i also feel dizzy all the time. what should i do to avoid this?

Dizziness: The feelings of dizziness are very common symptoms that happen with many disease processes. But if it's only happening during the summer, maybe you're not staying hydrated enough (b/c of the heat). Work on keeping a good sleep schedule, eating regular meals, drinking lots of fluids, getting exercise and if the dizziness continues, make sure to let your doctor know!
