I'm a student, i don't get sunlight everyday since 2.5 years as i stay in home since quarantine. will exercising and good diet, help me counter the lack of sunlight? because, i don't feel asleep faster, feel lazy and dizzy sometimes?

You may wish to take vitamin D3 supplement to make up for lack of exposure to sun. Exercise does not make up for sunlight. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
