Drug side effects: You're the boss. Check out http://www.drugs.com/strattera.html for details. Only you can decide if you can tolerate side effects for 2wks (before increase dose). Chat w/prescribing doc & ask about alternatives for your unspecified condition. See if taking 1/2 25mg twice daily is more tolerable. BTW, recommendation is to take 2nd dose in late afternoon, not at night.

Strattera (atomoxetine): Dose may be too high. Without knowing details, you may want to go as low as 10 mg capsule, trying in the morning on a day you're home if any dizziness. Start low and go slow may be best way for you. If you had any dizziness prior to med, this needs to be checked. Please discuss with your prescribing doctor. Hope this helps.
