Good idea, BUT......: Hydrogen peroxide that is available otc is sold as 3% solution. You will need to dilute it 1:1( 1 part of her oxide and 1 part of water) or 1:2. We do not recommend a concentration of peroxide more than 1, 5%. It will help to reduce partially anaerobic bacteria that produce bad breath and gum problems. The only problem is that when you rinse you still cannot get the peroxide to go under gum line.

No problem: Nothing wrong with using hydrogen peroxide diluted with water as a mouth rinse as long ad you do not swallow it and not to leave there for more than 25 second..... Hydrogen peroxide has the ability to get rid of the anaerobic grame negative bacteria . The number one cause for gum disease and bad breath ..
