Not with Ms strains: But maybe with ms inflammation, if its infective myositis. Generally i don't believe you get l. Nodes, unless there is an myositis with an enlarged ln from some other cause, like viral or bacterial infection. It'll be coincidental rather ln being from the ms inflammation.
