I had a lymph node removed in my neck due to lymphoma two weeks ago. how long will the tendons and muscles around the surgery site stay hard?

Should be normal now: Two weeks is usually sufficient for the surrounding tissue to return to normal. If you have symptoms that are not getting better, it would be prudent to contact your doctor.

I had a invasive muscle bladder cancer and i did the surgery. they removed almost everything and aslo 7 lymph nodes , two of them were cancerous. the oncologist advice is to take immunotherapy treatment but it's not available here. is there a risk ?
