A member asked:

Will putting fruit in non sweetened yogurt with acidophilus feed the yeast i my body?! or does it matter. trying to get rid of yeast infection.

No: In a healthy person who does not have a medical problem such as diabetes, eating yogurt with fruit should not affect the ability of the yogurt to help with a yeast infection. However, eating yogurt with live cultures only does not always treat a yeast infection. Often topical or oral medications are needed to clear a yeast infection. See your physician to treat this if it is not improving.
