Tips: Yeast infections- reduce milk & milk products. Avoid sugars (refined sugar, commercial fruit juice, honey, maple syrup, sucrose & fructose). Eliminate refined carbohydrates from diet. Increase garlic intake. Can purchase over the counter antifungal medication like monistat. Wear cotton (instead of synthetic underwear).
