Keep eye: Just keep an eye on it, if it's very recent, there shouldn't be any problems because its normal to have pain after hitting your toe. If it was a violent hit or the pain last longer than 1 week, see a specialist and get x-rays for possible pathology to the area. Rest and ice with occasional otc antiinflammatory meds should suffice.
