Probably not: If there is not a significant amount of pain associated with your injury, there is not much medically that can be done. When blood collections under a nail are painful, a hole is burned into the nail to reduce the pressure. Significant nailbed injuries often result in the nail peeling off and some people opt to have it removed to prevent snagging on socks, etc.
