Anecdotal: Research is not strong at this point in terms of vit d's contribution to depression and mood symptoms. Unlikely but...: Raising your vit d levels can only help but i doubt it's the cause of your anxiety. Also try a good b complex with the l-5-mthf form of folate; also magnesium taurate or glycinate. Reduce sugar and junk food.
