P.C. muscle: Is your pubococcygeal muscle (p.C.) letting you and urine down? Well, there is a solution. Exercise that muscle by "squeezing" it like you are trying to cut off your urine in mid-stream daily 15 or 20 times. The p.C. Muscle forms a sling under the urethra(urine opening) and helps to keep that "door closed" when working out. This problem is much more common in older women or those giving birth.
