With caution: Exercise during pregnancy is generally good, and women who are fit have better, healthier pregnancies and easier labor, usually. That said excessive weight lifting is unwise. Your body is undergoing many changes and as pregnancy progresses you become more prone to knee, back and joint injuries. Relaxin softens your connective tissue so that your pelvis can accommodate the baby's passage.
