Needs to see surgeon: See a surgeon asap not for surgery of all but to be examined and to come to a conclusion as many conditions can produce swellings like this and is difficult to tell with ltd information and without examining. Need to r/o things like benign ones-fibroms/neuromas/neurofibromas/lipomas over malignant ones called sarcomas including kaposis sarcoma etc. Need a biopsy of one of the lesion defintely.

Subcut thigh masses: How old are you? Any of these other places? Sound like (non - malignant) lipoma or benign tumor of fat tissue. Does the bump move or is it tether down or dimpling. Calll your md (fo of gyn), quickly, esp if any skin changes over the area.
