35 y/o/female smoked 17.5 yrs (8.75 pck yrs), quit @ times- spirometry ok-quit 4 good @ 35 y/o. is this very high risk for copd or lung ca later on?

No: Congratulations on quitting. It is difficult to do but probably one of the best decisions you will ever make. While 8.75 pack years isn't as good as 0 pack years, you would not be considered 'high risk' for lung cancer. Again, congratulations on quitting.
