It is possible: You have a sore inside your nose and is tender to touch which make you think your bone is hurting. If getting worst , go see your physician for detailed exam and recommendations.

Nose pain: Mild trauma to the nose can cause swelling around the cartilage or bone that can be painful for a few weeks. If the pain persists, see and ENT physician (otolaryngologist).
