Varies: There are multiple potential causes, and I would not hesitate to be seen for an accurate diagnosis. Among the more common causes are a rotator cuff injury or an injury to the labrum, both of wich are critical to movement in the shoulder. If needed, an MRI can usually show the issue as well.
