Will looking into mobile phone screen for hours cause vision problems?

Fatigue: The eyes do best when they constantly adjust focus from near to far. Constant viewing of a video or handheld screen is not harmful but can lead to dryness and fatigue. Occasionally look away and allow those muscles to relax at distance and consider lubricating eyedrops if the symptoms are troubling.

Eye fatigue: Can also be dryness. Treatment is simple take a break every 1-2 hours from any near work. May need glasses to help but lubricating eye drops may help.
