No: Since getting a tattoo is purely an option and not an urgent need, i would wait. Though a small tattoo may not cause a problem, getting a tattoo is a stress on the body and it creates inflammation. Lupus is an inflammatory disease that worsens with stress so why test it if the lupus is currently active.
