Other symptoms: Usually on only one side of the chest, extend to shoulder or abdomen.Worse when cough sneeze, or suddenly move.May ease with holding breath or pressing painful area. Costochondritis or inflammation of anterior rib endings sometimes can mimic pleuritis.
