I have a history of pleurisy. since yesterday i've had pain in chest & shoulder/back on deep inspiration. can the shoulder/back pain be pleurisy too?

Pleuriitic pain: Pleuritic pain can be felt in the shoulder and back, the pain on deep inspiration is a major sign of pleuritic pain but not exclusive to it
