Does it matter what day of my cycle i do tests from my endocrinologist? is it ok to do blood tests on mon., 24h urine on wed. and dex. sup. on friday?

Depends on the test: Dexa will not be affected by the time of cycle. Sex hormones are affected the most, but your endocrinologist knows. There are minor effects on some of the other tests, e.g., thyroid function tests.
