Have you had insulin level checked? Have you been tested for reactive hypoglycemia where, after eating concentrated carbs, your blood sugar spikes high, causes release of insulin to lower the blood sugar but instead of stopping at normal the sugar drops too low? I think if you called the endocrinology department at a university hospital near you you would be able to see an endocrinologist quickl

What we need to know is what are the glucose levels. They have to get really low and be associated with symptoms at the time to be useful in deciding what is going on. This can be a very difficult diagnosis. Recommend you go to uptodate.com spend the $ and read all about it. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Include you have eaten/drank and smoked the day/hours before.
