No: Hi Sorry to hear you have been struggling with these symptoms. This isn't related to a tumor in your colon - the colon is too far down the digestive tract to directly cause burping (burping comes from the stomach), but your symptoms are broad enough that you should probably have an in depth discussion with a doctor, either in person or through HealthTap.
