Need surgery: Duplication cyst of small bowel can result in complications .Complications include perforation, intussusception, bowel obstruction from adjacent pressure or mass effect, volvulus, and associated rare malignancy can bleed, . Surgery is recommended. Laparoscopic surgery now can be performed to speed recovery phase.
