Muscle building.: Leaner guys like yourself would benefit from heavier weight, reaching muscle failure at 4-6 reps on your heaviest sets. Warm up with lighter weights first, don't just go for it right away. Don't overtrain - do 2-3 exercises per body part, 3-4 sets per exercise. Work each muscle weekly, not more often than that.
