Herniation: So, as you probably know, herniation (or a hernia) is where one structure comes through another structure. Usually, this is not the ideal situation, and needs to be corrected. I would see your doctor, who will probably refer you to a general surgeon for repair. I would lighten up a bit on the weightlifting until you know what it is. Good luck!
