See Doc: If this has been going on for a while off and on with no weakness ,can ice the shoulder down after each workout for 20 minutes and then another time furing the day and may help with some ibuprofen.May be bursitis.However if TRUE weakness and not just pain then would be more worried about rotator cuff tear or some other orthopedic issue.Best to see someone to examine.
