Could be pain meds: Narcotic pain medicine prescribed after surgery often cause stomach upset. Can cause nausea, abdominal cramping and constipation. If you have not moved you bowels since surgery, may want to try home remedies such as prune juice or similar or consider over the counter meds, ask your pharmacist. Should try to weak of narcotics as soon as possible. Obviously, if problems persist call your physician.

Call your Surgeon: It is unusual to have stomach cramping like that. It may be related to medications or anesthesia. Hopefully it has already resolved. Thank you.
