Good for you.: At age 21 there is very little benefit to taking any medication with a few specific exceptions. For example medications to ease pain, relieve anxiety or depression, prevent seizures, etc aspirin reduces risk of mortality from heart disease, but your risk of having any heart disease within the next 30 years is virtually zero. Hard to reduce your risk below that.
