A member asked:

What happens if an aspirin a day is good for your heart and blood, are two better?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually not: The studies that were done in Europe showed 75 mg was enough. In the USA we have 81 mg tablets. We know that large doses (650) mg) are not as effective. For most people a single tablet does the job. (full disclosure: there are some people who are born with aspirin resistance who do need higher doses).
