I am curious if an aspirin a day is good for your heart and blood, are two better?

Nope: The optimal dose seems to be between 81 and 162mg. Most of the evidence leans on the side of 81. There's not a strong indication for 325mg in most people for the purpose of preventing a problem before it happens.
