Baby aspirin: It would not hurt a 20 year old to take a baby aspirin, but baby Aspirin may not help heart racing, anxiety, or depression before your period. It may help lower abdominal cramping that is common in the premenstrual period, though. You could be having other premenstrual syndrome symptoms and need evaluation for their severity. Please consider seeing your physician about this.
