What can cause a 21cm mass in the uterus/abdomen in a 57 postmenopausal woman?

Radiology 34 years experience
Long list: Including ovarian cysts/tumors, uterine fibroids, enlarged lymph nodes, and a host of other things. I would imagine that a ct scan would help narrow the possibilities down. If the mass was discovered by an imaging procedure then the radiologist would likely provide the most likely potential cause.
