Many things: U need to see a gyn or a surgeon asap or go to the er if u do not have a doc as it could be a large fibroid or an ovarian tumor- not cancerous or cancerous or bowel problems or other problems, not normal u need evaluation asap as an ultrasound, cat scan and or MRI can be done to see what is causing tehegrowth.
