A "CT scan for abdominal and pelvic" clinical information should have included both ovaries and uterus , and the statement on the radiology report was not a complete one. Ask the physician who ordered the scan to comment on both.

You can reasonably conclude that there was no obvious abnormality of the uterus on the scan. However, a CT scan provides a very poor picture of the pelvic structures and may be unable to distinguish the ovaries at all. A transvaginal pelvic ultrasound or a pelvic MRI would be needed if any pelvic pathology was suspected.
