IBS: Ibs is a chronic relapsing and remitting condition which is unlikely to be completely gone after one round of medicine. With this problem, you'll need to work with your doctor over time on dietary adjustments, medications, and relaxation methods so attacks can become less frequent and intense. Your GI system is richly interconnected with your brain, and this can be both aggravating and healing.

IBS: Eat only food. Food is organic meat, veg, fruit, nuts and seeds. Nothing from a box or package. Add fermented foods to your daily diet. Consider probiotics and see a doctor that understands gut dysfunction (functional medicine).
