I currently have lupus and anticardiolipin i had dvt in calf and pe in lungs, is it safe to wear a gridle?

Maybe: Girdles will constrict your abdominal cavity putting pressure on your inferior vena cava (ivc). This will limit or slow blood flow and in a patient with lupus anticoagulant and anticariolipin with a history of clotting any effor to slow blood could lead to clots.
