Needs evaluation: See the pediatrician as soon as possible. It could be something as common as a viral illness making her dizzy but more serious causes need to be ruled out, such as central nervous system tumors and inborn errors of metabolism (such enzyme deficiencies). If you are saying she did indeed hit her head on the wall and is now stumbling, take her to the er.
