Yes, : Yes, she absolutely should see a doctor for those very concerning symptoms. It is not clear to me why she has not seen a doctor yet based on what you describe, but if she hasn't she absolutely should be seen immediately.

Yes: Anything that causes someone to "black out, " i.e. Lose consciousness or come close to losing consciousness is of concern, and needs medical attention. She should see her doctor asap.
