Dizziness : Orthostatic hypotension manifests when standing up or walking. It is a sudden drop of blood pressure with positional changes. Aumproms could be reported as tiredness and dizziness. This could be seen in dehydration, anemia, side effects from medications or neuropathy with autonomic dysfunction, congestive heart failure, thyroid or adrenal gland disorder. Check with physician for proper care.
