No, clarification: Renal pelvis is part of the kidney structure - collecting system that allows the urine to passinto the ureter. So renal pelvis cannot be dislodged from the uterus. I suggest you clarify with your physician about the report.

Rarely: In pediatric trauma, the pelvis can be torn from the parenchyma but this is a rare injury and usually associated with more severe abdominal trauma. In adults, this injury is even less common.
