??: Unfortunately no good answer here at 50/50 odds it is something that you will have to think about a good deal perhaps a second or third opinion would help unfortunately if the surg does not work you cannot "take it back" and it is possible for thing to be made worse by surg sorry for lack of concrete advice best wishes.
