Probably not: Cancer is not likely, but nothing is impossible. This may be a stitch inflammation or multiple other things. Go and see the surgeon who did the augmentation. They are generally excellent and familiar with all the complications.

No Cancer here!: Cancer can not develop so soon after surgery done just 2 weeks back. You should notify your surgeon who did the surgery on your breast. He will be able to take care of this problem.

Highly unlikely: But continue to keep an eye on it. In all likelihood this is an obstructed duct or suture reaction and will likely resolve within 3 months. However if it gets worse or does not resolve , discuss with your surgeon.

Not likely: More common is to get a little acne on your breasts for the first few wks following an augmentation. Always ask your surgeon to check out anything you feel is concerning or unusual.
