Anything: I have seen breast cancer present as an itch, a lump or a discharge. Sometimes it has no symptoms at all! just be aware of your body and if there is any unexplained change. Check it out.

Itching, pain ,lump: Your complaint pending on when during your period or with any other symptoms eg. Pain, lump, tenderness or pain.It may be a transient discomfort but it persists firstly to rule out allergy or infection . In short if persisted, you should see your f/d or gynecologist to ascertain no underlying serious disease. Good luck.
