Addison's disease: If the acth goes up, the pituitary is still working with regard to acth secretion. The acth would be low if you had pituitary insufficiency from an adenoma or from too much hydrocortisone.

Adrenal tests: I think i answered your other question about raynaud's. If you have a pituitary adenoma, adrenal insuff would presumably be due to inadequate acth. But your acth is very robust. From what you say, it is not clear that you have adrenal insuf at all. Also, a small pituitary adenoma may be of no consequence. See an endocrinologist.
