Endocrinologist: Unfortunately, you need to be evaluated by a reproductive endocrinologist before it could be known if you can become pregnant. Hopefully you are taking dostinex (cabergoline) under the care of such a specialist. If not please make sure to see one ASAP

Fetility: The dostinex (cabergoline) you are on suppressed prolactin. By lowering your prolactin, you will become ovulatory. The hydrocortisone you are taking will not prevent pregnancy. Even though your uterus is small, it is still possible for you to become pregnant if your prolactin level is normal. So, if you don't want to get pregnant use a method of birth control.
