Normal: Hi. Yes, that's the normal endocrine feedback loop to prevent the pituitary from secreting too much ACTH. What do you mean, "what to do"? I believe you WANT normal function. You haven't indicated any problem. Here's to your healthy, normal hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis!

On Cort Stim test, results, ACTH 6.1 , cortisol 18.5 and 22.7, is this normal?
